OUR DIRECTOR
As founder and head of DMe Talent Agency, Deidre Michelle is now using her reputation and experience to offer opportunities and representation in New Mexico as the industry grows in this territory.
Deidre was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She grew up dancing and modeling since the age of 4. She landed her first big print job for the New York Times Magazine at age 13 training under John Robert Powers Modeling Agency where she eventually earned certificates in modeling runway and commercial. At age 16 Deidre booked her first big dance gig for the New Year’s Eve show in Paris, France. At 17 she started teaching dance at local studios and coaching high school drill teams around the state.
After 22 years of dancing and modeling in New Mexico, Deidre moved to Los Angeles, California to Perdue dance professionally and continue training and teaching at the world renowned dance studio Millennium Dance Complex. During her time in LA she danced for a number of mainstream artists including Beyoncé. In 2010 she was even asked to teach for Madonna in Malawi, Africa at Home of Hope orphanage through Madonna’s Raising Malawi program where she learned true appreciation for mentoring, teaching and life.
She is now back in New Mexico and using her experience to work in the industry as a SAG-AFTRA franchised agent.
Her agency has now been open for five years with a great reputation with Casting directors and industry professionals. She is now pushing a high end of talent with Acting, modeling, dance, stunt, Voice Over and specialty skills.
